The Hepatitis C service at Airedale General Hospital receives referrals from Primary Care, Drug, Alcohol and Sexual Health services.

Referrals

• Drug, Alcohol and Sexual Health services please complete the Keighley CGL – Hepatitis C Referral Form and emailing it to the referral bookings team at agh.hepc@nhs.net
• Sexual Health and Primary Care referrals should be sent to the Referral Booking Service at Airedale General Hospital
