The Hepatitis C service at Calderdale and Huddersfield Trust is part of the Gastroenterology service. The service provides outpatient care, on both, Huddersfield and Halifax sites providing specialist care for patients with Viral Hepatitis, most of who are cared for by Clinical Nurse Specialists.

Referrals to the service are received from Primary Care, Drug, Alcohol and Sexual Health services, information regarding referrals is outlined below.

• Drug and Alcohol Services in Kirklees – Dewsbury area please following the referral form for your service. Referral Form – CGL – Dewsbury and email to leedsth-tr.ViralHepatitis@nhs.net
