During November 2019 the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust (LTHT) viral hepatitis team attended a number of Leeds CCG Target Events. Target events are aimed at Primary Care across the city and provide opportunities for service providers or companies to speak to clinicians about their services, products and campaigns. Demand for presentation slots at these events is high; LTHT was given the opportunity to talk at a Target Event in 2018 and took the opportunity to have display stands during 2019 to continue to raise awareness about hepatitis C in primary care. The team will be attending further events during 2020.
