Caroline Winkley

In November two new starters joined the ODN team. In Calderdale and Huddersfield Caroline Winkley joined Sue Goldthorpe as a Clinical Nurse Specialist working for the Trust. Caroline has been a nurse for over 20 years working in ICU, and is looking forward to working with Sue and the wider ODN team.

Danielle Robinson

In Leeds, Danielle (Dani) Robinson joined Bevan Healthcare in one of the positions they are hosting on behalf of Leeds Teaching Hospitals, ODN team.
Dani’s role as an HCV Outreach support worker is to support patients who are linked with Drug Treatment Services in the Leeds and Wakefield areas.
She will be working closely with the ODN case finding team and drug treatment service Forward Leeds to support their clients through the HCV testing and treatment pathway.

Brendan Bennett

In December, Brendan Bennett and Allison Downing joined the Hepatitis C Trust as Peer Educator and Peer Lead respectively working in the Wakefield area and across West Yorkshire with John Fox. Brendan is already known to the ODN team as he worked previously with John as a volunteer and has taken the opportunity to work full time in this post funded by LTHT/ ODN.
